Excellent managers do not reach their desired corporate goals if they’re not working together with their team. They have to fulfill certain roles, and not as merely a boss who dishes out rules and conditions every now and them. Managers act as real leaders, who find way to motivate their staff in order to achieve camaraderie amidst the highly competitive atmosphere inside the office.

A good manager acts as a coach, who plans out everything, with his team. He lets them know the pros and cons of each move. He advises them particularly for the development of their career paths. He should act as the role model, and should be able to influence his team mates in a positive way. He shouldn’t be afraid or wary of diverse talents that would compromise his group. Instead, he should be flexible and be able to put them together, and direct their skills to productive work.
