Remember that you are being observed, and politeness  in how you treat the waiter and staff says  a lot about your character. Another thing to consider is the food you will order. Ordering a safe, and clean, dish is the best way to go so you can focus more on the interview and interviewer, and not how you handle your food. And more importantly perhaps is that the food should be the same priced as the interviewer&#8217;s order, or at least average priced if you were asked to order first. If you arrive early, you should not order drinks while waiting for the interviewer. </p>
<p>During the lunch interview, bring out your mental notes on good topics for conversations. Steer clear of controversial issues and insignificant news. This is your chance to get to know the company better.  When the interviewer gets ready to leave, so should you. However, this does not mean that the interview is done.
